Baja Mission Video

All visitors to the Baja Mission are given a tour of the grounds by the Host or Hostess on their first day there. They are shown most of the ministries, meet many staff members, and hear many stories about God's faithful provision. Team leaders have often asked for some kind of video they could take back with them to show to others to give them a taste of what goes on at the Mission - as a way to encourage them to come. Occasionally, visitors have offered to make such a video - but it can be a daunting challenge: so much to see and do, how do you hold it to 4-5 minutes?

In July 2007, a youth group leader from El Segundo Foursquare Church arrived with a team of 20. On Monday they asked permission to make a video. "Of course," was the response from the Administrator, but with little faith, as this was not the first time such a request had been made. This group got quickly organized and not only made the recording, but also did the editing, voice over and created DVDs. And if that were not enough - it is a beautiful video, wholly accurate, and just the right thing to show to first time would-be missionaries who are considering a trip to the Mission.
