VISITOR REGISTRATION FORM: A Visitor Registration Form is required for all visitors to any of our Missions - whether individuals, families, or groups - in advance of making a booking each time you want to visit. |

SKILLS & ABILITIES/ HOUSING FORM: The Skills & Abilities form relays information to our Mission staff regarding housing and placing you for weekly projects. |

MINOR CONSENT FORM: A Minor Consent Form is required for minors visiting our Missions that are not accomanied by both parents. The form must be filled out and notarized by an official notary prior to arriving at the airport. |

BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO: Friends of FFHM visited the Mission in Baja in July 2007 and created this wonderful 4.5 minute video.
