Health Education Program for Developing Countries

Most patients seen in developing countries suffer from preventable diseases.  Of all their medical needs, the greatest by far is for reliable health care information.

Evidence-based life-saving information is available from World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, and other sources, however it seldom reaches the people or local health care providers.  This program was created for non-medical professionals like teachers, community leaders, & pastors, as well as medical providers. Oral health education for dental teams is also included.

The website file size has been reduced to enable downloads for those in developing countries.  This does result in some decrease in quality of the poster-size illustrations; the file size may still be too large for many to download.

You do not need the CD unless 1) you are unable to download the free illustrations from the website www.hepfdc.info 2) you are not satisfied with the quality of the downloaded 7MB PDF version for printing of the 11x17 inch poster-size illustrations, 3) you are not satisfied with the quality of the downloaded 7MB PDF version for large screen projection.
