Roberto Munoz Flores is now in Hospice Care. How we thank God for this brother in Christ and the blessings we have all received. He is an evangelist and will enter into eternity with countless others with whom he shared his faith. He is a former FFHM board member.
THANKSGIVING IN BAJA
The celebration of Thanksgiving was a great blessing to staff and children alike. Jan Van Dyken was there to help prepare the meal and decorate. The dinner was sponsored by the Village Church and Pastor Mike Bayer. The meal was prepared and served right on time by our faithful kitchen staff.
Gabe McPhedrain was serving at the Baja Mission, when he was stricken with excruciating pain. Diagnostic tests were inconclusive. Gabe was then transported to the Scripps Hospital in San Diego. Gabe is now resting at Sky Valley Desert Part, Palm Springs, CA.
ELVIRA AND ENRIQUE
Enrique Perez and his wife, Elvira, our missionaries, were able to minister to some of the remote areas that were devastated by the recent earthquake. While they were in the area they visited ex-prisoners and their families with a word of encouragement.
ESTEBAN, YADIRA, CHARLA AND CHUCK
Esteban and Yadira, missionaries, were also able to visit Huajuuapan, Oaxaca and support the families who suffered severe damage from the earthquake. They were able to distribute bags of rice, beans, lentils, sugar and powdered milk for His little ones. Perhaps this seems insignificant with so much devastation but little is much when God is in it.
ESTELA LOPEZ AND ESTELA SANTIAGO IN BAJA ACCOUNTING
KRISTI GARCIA AND DOUG WILLIAMS, C.P.A IN SAN CLEMENTE, CA
The accountant is here! Although we have shown due diligence they are always relieved when they come and when they go. The accountants in Baja are also overloaded with very detailed work. Pray they complete their work for the audit.
Patty Sculley, who served at the Baja Mission, is requesting prayer. She has amyloidosis cancer and recently spent 11 days in the hospital. Please pray for her healing.
