REVEREND JOHN LUCAS
You won’t want to miss April 5th. Reverend Lucas will be speaking at our monthly Friday night dinner. John Lucas is a missionary to the nations and a dear friend of ours. I was welcomed by John and Doris Lucas at Emmanuel Church in downtown Calgary, Alberta. John and Doris are our faithful friends and Canadian representatives. Please pray for this gathering.
Praise God Glenn has been healed to the glory of God.
Thank you to all who contributed to his medical treatment.
MARIO, GRACIELA AND OUR OUTREACH TEAM
Mario and Graciela and the team from Baja are on an evangelistic crusade
to Culiacán, Sinaloa. Pray for much fruit, the safety of the team,
and that many souls will be won to Christ.
KIM AND MARK MALCOM AND THEIR GRANDSON ELY
(NOT THE ONE HAVING SURGERY)
Kim and Mark are old friends and serve at the Baja Mission. Zac, another one of their grandsons, will be having surgery soon, so Mark and Kim will be going home to care for his siblings while Zac and his parents are at the hospital. Please pray for a successful surgery and quick healing.
CHARLA WITH SOME OF THE CHILDREN
These home-schooled children raised $1406 with their talent show and silent auction of paintings done by the group. They visited our San Clemente office this week to gift the funds and other donations.
Forty-six years ago, Chuck and I ministered in Morris, Illinois and the surrounding churches in the area.
We have maintained lasting relationships with many, especially Eleanor Chelsen. Eleanor’s son David died after four years of dealing with cancer. We know the grief related to losing a son.
Twila, who is writing the sequel to Charla’s Children, requests prayer:
“Please pray specifically for the many interruption / distractions / difficulties
to decrease, and for God's words to fill me as I write. It's so important that
we get this book finished and that it's done God's way.”
Glory to God for the new daycare center in San Quintin.
Over 100 children are being given care from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We are making little ambassadors of Jesus Christ!
Please continue to pray for the health of our staff in Oaxaca.
